By following a couple of simple rules it it possible to wild camp practically anywhere. We've camped wild innumerable times in places ranging from beautiful remote areas to underneath bridges, behind shooting ranges and alongside rivers popular with dog walkers. It always worked out fine.

1. Arrive late

2. Leave early

3. Search for a spot protected from view, if possible

4. Don't be loud

5. Leave no trace
